Challenge
Users struggled to find relevant products quickly due to poorly designed and hard-to-use filters on the product listing pages, resulting in high exit rates.

Hypothesis
Testing redesigned, more intuitive filters will improve product discovery, leading to more product views and higher conversion rates.

Implementation
A/B tested new filter designs, including multi-select options, colour filter and optimised price filter, to determine which provided better product discovery and ease of use for users.

Improved product discovery and a reduction in exit rates, leading to more time spent on the site and higher conversion rates.
